31 elegant Parisian hotel rooms
Stay in one of our 31 rooms at the Hôtel Bourgogne & Montana
Featuring variations on the same seductive decor and two different ceiling heights, the theme of these 31 rooms in the heart of the 7th arrondissement in Paris unfolds over 6 floors - "Parisian Room" (classic), "Seductive Room" (superior), "Ravishing Room" (executive), "High-Society Room" (exclusive). These exude sublime comfort with classic, delicate lines and noble tones of plum, midnight blue, gold and pearl grey. With heavenly Fornasetti fabrics, stunning mouldings, fireplaces, parquet floors and velvety bed spreads, the Bourgogne & Montana invites you into a typically Parisian haven of peace.
The decor is a tribute to the 7th arrondissement of Paris
From the spiral staircase, guests can make use of the original elevator shaft, which has recently been restored and echoes the origins of the building. On the first and last floors – both mezzanines - the rooms boast a gentle ambiance, much like a cocoon, combining low ceilings with charming floors and original windows for a truly unique experience. On the walls, Fornasetti patterned fabrics are featured in place of traditional paintings - the tones are simple and elegant, combining both grey and white. On the 6th and top floors, the views over Paris, the Seine and the neighbouring rooftops add yet more charm to these rooms. On the 2nd and 3rd "noble" floors, the rooms boast characteristics very typical of this style of building… such as the high ceilings.
A refined, Parisian atmosphere
In honour of the building’s history, architect Denis Doistau introduced even more prestigious decor. The luxury atmosphere is enhanced by white walls and elegant mouldings, and carefully arranged around the beds the rugs enhance the beautiful wooden floors. On the 4th and 5th floors, all rooms are adorned with pearl grey walls with a hint of noble colours such as the velvety plum bedspreads, midnight blue carpets and gold satin curtains. Eugène Atget's prints are the common thread that runs through all the rooms within this stunning 7th arrondissement Parisian hotel. Photos by the artist, known for his documentary photographs of artistic and scenic Paris, appear in each of the 31 rooms, inviting guests to enter the "secret" Paris of the nineteenth century elite classes.
