In collaboration with Excel Place, the Hotel Maurice Hurand group follows a quality management process. The Bourgogne & Montana Hotel monitors and controls quality factors judged by mystery clients (mails, calls, stays). This process enables to review the quality level perceived by the guest and therefore ensures that hte highest standards can be met. This tool allows us to identify those features which have to be improved. In order to better serve you tomorrow.
